This personalized approach ensures a perfect match with your home's decor and eliminates the uncertainty associated with traditional showroom visits.

    Indeed, we provide free in-home consultations. We encourage you to contact us to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
  • What is the turnaround time on window treatments?

    Our standard window treatments are typically installed within a 2-3 week timeframe. The turnaround time for plantation shutters may vary depending on the specific style selected.
  • Can I get black shutters to match my trim?

    Certainly. We offer custom color matching for all our shutters. To ensure an accurate match, we request a small sample of your trim with the desired stain or color. Once we receive the matched sample from our manufacturer, we'll provide you with the final product for your approval.
  • What are your payment options?

    We require a 50% deposit when placing an order, with the remaining balance due upon installation. Financing options are available. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Venmo.
