We are a shop-at-home business. We do not have a store front; instead we bring our showroom to your home.
What does Shop-At-Home mean?
Shop-at-home means we bring a gallery of window treatments to your home. We bring samples, color swatches, and a portfolio of completed jobs for you to look over. This will allow you to get a perfect match to your home décor and takes all the guess work out of visiting a showroom and wondering if a product or color will match your home’s style.
Do you offer free in-home estimates?
Yes! We are happy to set up a free consultation for you.
What is the turnaround time on window treatment?
The majority of our products are installed within 2 -3 weeks. Plantation shutters vary depending on type of shutter.
How long will it take to get my plantation shutters?
Vinyl 2 – 3 weeks
Composite 5 – 6 weeks
Wood 5 – 6 weeks
Specialty shapes 8 weeks
Can I get black shutters to match my trim?
Yes, we can custom match any stain or color. If you have a stain or color that you would like to match, we require a small piece of trim with the requested stain or color. We also do a final match once we receive the sample back from our manufacturer.
Do you carry exterior shutters?
No, we only carry interior shutters.
What are your payment options?
Once you have decided on the window treatments you would like for your home we request a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. The balance is due at installation of your window treatments. Financing terms are available. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
